Logfile-Analysis Tool

Measuring the efficiency of websites demands a holistic approach. Websites and the users’ interactions have to be recognised as one “organism”. So far, however, we are lacking an integrated tool that can evaluate a combination of relevant factors, namely usability, web metrics and online surveys. The project “InterTrack” addresses that problem and aims to develop an environment for usability-assessments and web-strategies, allowing the monitoring of user interactions by visualising and filtering log-files in combination with userfeedback-tools and thus enabling extended online-usabilitytesting.
